  • Buddha bamboo also known as bambusa ventricosa is a species of bamboo which is native to Vietnam and to Guangdong province in southern China.
  • The species is widely cultivated in subtropical regions around the world for the bulbous and ornamental stems.
  • The species is used in bonsai.
  • Common names include Buddha bamboo and Buddha's-belly bamboo.
  • Plant Height - 80-100cm(Approx).

  • Actual product may vary in shape or design as per the availability.The number of leaves and the size of the plant depends on seasonal availability.
  • Since plants are seasonal in nature, flowering plants might be delivered without them.
  • A majority of our orders are delivered on time as per the time slot selected.
  • This is not met in very rare cases where the situation is beyond our control viz., traffic congestion enroute, remote address for delivery, etc.

  • Water - It never needs much water to thrive and grow. Watering the plant once a week can be enough when growing indoors.
  • Temperature - Ideal temperature 18-24 degrees celcius.
  • Care Tips -  Place in an area protected from cold, drying winds. Adapts well to a range of soils with excellent drainage.
  • Light Requirement- Prefers to be a part to full sunlight.
