• You need to make sure that the decorator is allowed inside the society premises. If the decorator reaches the place and entry is denied to him, then it will be considered as delivery attempted and no refund will be given in this case.

Cancellation Policy:

• If a cancellation happens 24 hours before the time of delivery, a full refund will be issued.
• If a cancellation occurs between 24 and 6 hours before the time of delivery, a 50% refund will be issued.
• If a cancellation occurs less than 6 hours before delivery, no refund will be issued

• Keep the Balloons away from Children, as uninflated or broken balloons can cause choking.
• The balloons will be hung using cello tape as we don’t use helium due to its asphyxiation properties.
• Remove the cello tape immediately after the event is over. In case if the cello tape is causing damage to the wall, use a hair dryer to blow hot air on the tape as it will prevent the damage.

• The image displayed is indicative in nature. Actual product may vary in shape, color or design as per the availability.
• We can decorate at your place or hotel room if you take permission from the hotel.
• If case of a complaint, notice must be given within 2 hours of the delivery time of the experience
• No rescheduling or cancellation is possible after the decoration has been attempted.
