Life at FNP - A Short Glimpse Inside
We, at FNP believe in going by Adam Smith's theory which says, 'The best results come from everyone in the group doing what is best for himself'. We do best for ourselves, which makes us the 1st best version of ourselves, thereby making Ferns N Petals the best family on the whole.
Business is vital for us but we also understand the fact that 'all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy' and hence, we are always up for fun activities. We are a vibrant and enthusiastic team who works hard and parties harder (But responsibly). There's always something exciting happening on our campus. The high energy environment encourages you to get out and keep going. You will never find a dull moment here!
Monthly Town Halls
We organise monthly town halls where the entire team gets together and the achievements, new initiatives, milestones, birthdays, work anniversaries etc. are celebrated. The formal town hall is then followed by fun activities, games, quiz etc. Winners are rewarded! This is followed by a cake cutting ceremony, snacks and refreshments. Health is Wealth
We truly believe that our employees are the real assets that we have and it is our responsibility to take care of them as much as possible. With that thought in mind we organise regular health camps, eye checkup camps, diet coaching, physical training etc. Our employees really benefit out of these activities. Cafeteria
We have a fully operational cafeteria where fresh, delicious and balanced lunch is served. The lunch is made in our kitchen and is quite close to a home cooked meal. There is no limit to the amount that you can take however we suggest to take what you can eat and not waste the food. The meal can be purchased daily for a charge of Rs. 50. In case if you bring your own lunch, you can heat the same in the microwave and enjoy!
Team Outings & Company Offsite
Every year we organise a company offsite for 2 days where you can relax, unwind and celebrate the hard work done by the team. View the gallery to see some snapshots of the offsites in the past-
Training Programs
We invest in our employees and constantly try to help them grow in their roles. There are a lot of training sessions conducted at FNP which help the employees to grow in their roles and enhance their knowledge. We also send our employees outside to attend other training sessions that can help them in performing their role better or understanding what is going on in the industry. We also have on job trainings, cross functional training programs and many other such initiatives for employee knowledge development.
Social Responsibility
It’s been close to 25 years since Ferns N Petals has become a part of millions of lives and is giving a new meaning to celebrate emotions. In this journey of growth and expansion, our ethos as well as core values are something we have taken great pride in. It is for the spirit of humanity and a deep desire to uplift some of those around us that has led us to a very noble initiative by the name “Farishtey”. We felicitated some selfless souls who have emerged as real heroes of society but for us they our “Farishtey” which means God Send. To bring their journey and story to life we commissioned some extremely talented artists to create artworks in their honour.
