‘Friendship’… not just a word, but an essence, a feeling, or an escape which takes us away from the ruthless reality of the world. Irrespective of age, friendship is a valuable asset in everyone’s life that grows firm and beautiful with time. Nobody sets out to make friends and search for friendship, we find people with same level of understanding with a tint of madness at the most unexpected of times. We all have a gang of crazy, loud but make-us-happy-forever souls whom we call friends. Saaley pakaate hain, phir bhi jaan se pyaare hote hain!
From bunking classes together to hitting at the same girl, from wake up calls to late night-outs, from udhaari ki trips to canteen ke bills, our friends seem to have signed a silent and unofficial agreement of sharing everything and being partners in crime.
They are the first ones who knock our mind when things go wrong. Their khurafaati ideas sometimes not only intensifies the trouble but also results in arising new ones! Such insane people makes up for our doston ka gang, which is unique in its own way. Our gang not only follows but celebrates the fact that pagalpanti to zaruri hai!
Everyone thinks, their gang is the craziest, and they are fortunate to have such loving and unique friends but there are certain characteristics which are found similar in every gang. There is always wo ek in our gang who adds a different flavor in life. Wo ek cheesy dost who takes it as a responsibility to add a stroke of his ridiculous sense of humor to our tragedy. His one-liner jokes are usually very popular and we find it impossible to understand what’s so funny! Wo ek Facebook ka keeda, who never wastes a moment in lending a social platform to our embarrassments and posts our ugly photos before we know it. Wo ek, who has the ability to hit on every girl or probably on anything that moves and Wo ek, jisse koi na pategi!
Wo ek, who never spends and always covers up by saying “tu to mera bhaai hai!†, wo ek, who always warns us and says “zada ud mat!” aur wo ek, jiski gaaliyon se mahaul banta hai!
This Friendship Day, make out time for wo har ek dost, whom you have made memories with, because no matter how annoying or tacky they seem, sala life ka asli maza to unke sath he hai!
