- After logging into our website through your laptop or mobile app and selecting the particular plant, you will also be given a choice to select a delivery date and time. So, you need to select your favored time and date in order to proceed.
- Once you have done that, there will be a pop up asking you to add more products to make the gift more special. There will be things like teddy bears, chocolates, cushion, greeting cards, sweets, etc. You can decline the offer too by clicking on “continue without add-ons”.
- You will be then prompted to fill in the details like “recipient’s name”, “recipient address”, etc.
- The system will then ask you to pay. You can pay using your credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI, PayTm, PayPal, and Amex ezeClick. Once you are done with that, a message/mail will drop confirming the order.

Once you know how to place an order for plants, the next thing you would want to know is – “how the plant would be delivered at my place?” Well, do not worry at all about that because most of our plants are hand-delivered. All the plants that you see on our website that are arranged in glass vases are hand delivered.
Plants like Areca Palm, Snake Plant, Spider Plant, Boston Fern, Peace Lily, Rose Plant, etc. are delivered through courier. These plants are mostly placed in ceramic vases, plastic pots, personalized planters, or concrete planters. These plants are packed securely in boxes so that the leaves, flowers (if any), pots, and soil remain intact.
What will you do in case, you receive a deformed or defective plant? You are free to call or mail us immediately (within 48 hours). And we will initiate the process of return and replacement. Our customer care executives will seek your permission for return, replacement, or refund. If you do not want the plant anymore, then, we will surely refund. And in case you want the product, then, also as a kind gesture we add a complimentary sweet, chocolate, or cake (as per your choice). Once you contact us and ask for the replacement, the plant will reach your address within 48 hours maximum.
