Home remedies to reduce hair fall

We all lose about 50-100 strands of hair every day, which is quite normal. But when they fall a lot more & refuse to grow back, that’s a messy problem. Hair fall can give you sleepless nights & in the worst-case scenario, it can lead to baldness.

So what do you do when hair loss is on the rise? Firstly, you need to know the root cause of your hair fall. Once you recognise the fundamental reason for your hair loss, you can include these natural remedies in your routine to help your gorgeous hair grow back.

Coconut Oil with curry leaves

Coconut Oil with curry leaves

  • Take 200 ml of organic coconut oil & add 4-5 bunches of curry leaves
  • Cook curry leaves for a while
  • When the oil changes colour, switch off the flame and allow it to cool
  • Store it in a glass jar and use twice a week.

Onion Juice

Onion Juice

  • Blend the onions & strain the prepared mixture to obtain the juice
  • Apply the onion juice to your scalp & leave it on for 40-60 minutes
  • Rinse it off with water & repeat this process 1-2 times a week.

Egg Yolk Mask

Egg Yolk Mask

  • Whisk the egg yolk
  • Apply the egg yolk to your scalp & leave it on for at least 30 minutes
  • Rinse it off with shampoo to get rid of the egg smell & follow up with a conditioner.

Amla Juice

Amla Juice

  • Take fresh Amla juice & apply it to your scalp
  • Leave it on for 30 minutes
  • Rinse it off using a mild cleanser & follow up with a conditioner.

Green Tea

Green Tea

  • Steep 2-3 green tea bags in a cup of hot water
  • Once the solution is ready, let it cool down a bit
  • Pour the cooled solution over your hair & scalp while gently massaging at the roots
  • Rinse it off with water.

Fenugreek

Fenugreek

  • Take half a cup of fenugreek seeds & soak them in water overnight
  • Grind them to make a paste the next morning & apply it to your scalp as a hair mask
  • Leave it in for 30-60 minutes & rinse off with water.

Chinese Hibiscus

Chinese Hibiscus

  • Take 1-2 hibiscus flowers along with 5-6 hibiscus leaves and blend them
  • Add a little coconut oil to the mixture
  • Apply it to your scalp and hair & leave it on for 30-60 minutes
  • Rinse it off with a mild shampoo and condition your hair for better results.
